The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Volta Region on Tuesday declared a week of mourning for Madam Agnes Tiah, Deputy Volta Regional Women�s Organizer and Hajia Adisa, Greater-Accra Regional Deputy Women�s Organizer, who died in a road accident at the weekend.
