The Central Regional Communications Director of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC),Bernard Allotey Jacobs has described the Chiefs and people of Manya Krobo Traditional Area who gave him an ultimatum to come out and publicly apologize for calling for the dismissal of the Finance Minister as �unserious� people.
