A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has counseled delegates that if popularity is the criteria for selecting the party�s next flag bearer as some are suggesting, then it would be politically wise and profitable to elect Kumasi-based witty actor, Kwadwo Nkansah, aka Lil Wayne as the party's 2016 flag-bearer.
