Some former Regional Executives of the New Patriotic Party(NPP) in the Upper East Region have accused the Regional Chairman of the Party (NPP), Mr Adams Akalbila, for using his office to sabotage the chances of NPP�s stalwart, Alan Kyeremanten, ahead of the December 6, 2014, flagbearership.
