The Ashanti Regional office of the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) is to commence criminal investigations of the Presiding Member of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Mr Kofi Senya, for allegedly arrogating parcels of land belonging to the assembly at the Suame Electoral Area to himself to build stalls without recourse to the assembly.
