THE EXECUTIVE Secretary of the Divestiture Implementation Committee (DIC), Asakkua Agambila, has appealed to the Judgment Debt Commission to invite the Confiscated Assets Committee to help enquire into the over GH�3.4 million judgment debt obtained by one Nana Emmanuel Woode against the state in 2006.
