The Member of Parliament for Mpohor, Hon Alex Agyekum, has described the Supreme Court ruling asking NDC financier Mr Alfred Agbeshie Woyome to return the 51.2 million Ghana Cedis paid to him by the NDC government as judgement Debt, to the state, as a great victory to democracy in Ghana.
