The Chief Executive Officer of Perfector of Sentiment (POS) Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, Mr. Jonathan Osei-Owusu, has appealed to the government to settle the numerous National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) debts, including those owed the Christian Health Association of Ghana.
