The Vice-President, Mr Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur, yesterday launched the National Sanitation Day (NSD) in Accra, with a call on metropolitan, municipal and district chief executives (MMDCEs), to prosecute people who would flout sanitation bye-laws.
