The Deputy Minister of Information, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa says the NDC administration is not a magician to be able to fulfill its promises or provide the needs of all Ghanaians within these few months it has been in office as demanded by the Alliance For Accountable Governance (AFAG).
