The Ministry of Youth and Sports (MYS) is in the news again. This time it is about the Sports Development Officer, James Armah. Mr Armah has been arrested by the police for allegedly collecting GH�4,000 from each of 12 able-bodied persons he assisted to participate in a sports tournament for the deaf and dumb held in Australia last month.
