The Tarkwa Circuit Court has fined a 35 year-old galamsey operator, Prosper Okpata GH�360.00 for conspiring with three others to steal four Michelin lorry tyres valued at GH�12,204.00 or in default serve 9 months imprisonment in hard labour.
