Gideon Amissah, Head of Economic Research and Policy Analyst of the Institute of Certified Economists of Ghana (ICEG), has called for a reduction in the policy rate of the Bank of Ghana (BoG) since an upward adjustment over the months has not helped to achieve the intended purpose.
