Following the brouhaha surrounding the yet-to-be-commissioned 18-member Steering Committee to facilitate the activities of the Electoral Commission in the upcoming November 7 polls, the Director of Elections for opposition NPP, Martin Adjei Mensah Korsah says he suspects the EC boss Madam Charlotte Osei is on contract to rig the election.
