Management of the Agricultural Development Bank (adb) has exonerated the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Efutu Constituency in the Central Region, Alexander Afenyo Markin, over allegations that he received a bribe of more than $900,000 from the bank to drop a lawsuit against them.
