The High court in Ho has issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, Dr Kwaku Agyemang-Mensah for failing to appear before the court on five occasions. Dr Agyemang-Mensah is wanted in court to answer a contempt motion filed against him in connection with properties destroyed in the execution of the Ada Sea Defence Project.
