Ashanti Regional Chairman for the opposition NPP, Bernard Antwi Bosiako popularly known as �Chairman Wontumi� says the Electoral Commission (EC) Chairperson Charlotte Osei is working not based on her qualification or experience but by the favour given to her by members of the NDC.
