The Electoral Commission has asked presidential and parliamentary aspirants for December’s election to furnish its office with their filing fees by Monday, October 10, 2016. This followed the dismissal of an interlocutory application filed by the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) at the Accra High Court that sought to prevent the EC from going ahead to receive filing fees.
