New Patriotic Party (NPP) MP Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh has said that indeed the John Dramani Maham-led National Democratic Congress (NDC) government has put up a lot of infrastructural development but the President cannot claim credit for all the infrastructural projects being showcased by his government.
