A former Northern Regional Minister in the erstwhile Kufuor and his New Patriotic Party, NPP-led administration, Prince Andani Imoro, has stated the NPP is poised to revitalize the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority, SADA, to bring extensive development to the three regions in the north if given the nod to govern the country in the December 7 polls.
