The Supreme Court will today, Thursday, 1 December continue hearing an application of stay of proceedings filed by businessman Alfred Woyome in an attempt to stop former Attorney General Martin Amidu from examining him orally in court in connection with the GHC51.2million judgment debt paid to the former which the apex court ruled two years ago must be refunded to the state because it was ill-gotten.
