Finance Minister, Seth Terkper has hailed the governing National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) handling of the economy as a record Ghanaians can be proud of. Mr. Terkper was speaking during the final rally of the NDC at the Accra Sports Stadium where he sought to sway the minds of undecided voters and affirm the Mahama administration some 48 hours before the general elections on Wednesday.
