Mr Tenasu Kofi Gbedemah, Volta Regional Focal Person, Institute of Democratic Governance (IDEG) has given low marks to the Ho Municipal Assembly (HMA) for its performance in governance, sanitation and other sectors of the local economy in the past four years.
