The Member of Parliament for Abuakwa South Constituency in the Easter Region, Lawyer Atta Akyea, has taken a swipe at the NDC government�s decision to relocate the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Golden Jubilee House, describing it as �unfortunate and an insult to the presidency� of this country.
