The Komenda-Edina-Eguafo-Abram (KEEA) Municipal Spatial Planning Committee has debunked allegations that the 2016 presidential candidate of Progressive People’s Party (PPP), Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, constructed a number of projects, including a university in the area, without the necessary building permits.
