The Minister for Communication, Hon. Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful and her two deputies, Hon. George Nenyi Andah and Hon. Vincent Sowah Odotei, have paid working visit to the head office of Mobile Network Operator, Tigo, in Accra.
