Former Vice Chairman of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Sani Mohammed has confirmed that Professor Kwesi Botchwey’s Committee Report is an affirmation of many issues raised to have been the cause of NDC's defeat in the 2016 elections.
