Member of Parliamentary Select Committee, Hon. Isaac Adongo has indicated that the rate of borrowing under the supervision of the Vice President Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia in the Akufo-Addo’s administration cannot be considered as responsible borrowing.
