The government has endorsed the stand of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) to bid for Kosmos Energy's stake in the Jubilee Oilfields and has, accordingly, contracted Morgan Stanley, a US financial firm, to value Kosmos shares in the oilfields in Ghana.
