Greater Accra Regional Chairman of Ghana Union of Traders’ Association (GUTA), Mr. David Kwadwo Amoateng has alleged that all crimes such as; armed robbery, rape and kidnapping committed by foreigners in the country are sponsored by the Ghana Immigration Service.
