The Head of Information & Public Affairs at the Embassy of Ghana, USA, Mr. Kofi Tonto, has assured Ghanaians in the United States that, the Embassy is working very hard to establish a call center to alleviate the long wait-time that some callers experience when trying to reach the Embassy.
