Nana Darkwa Baafi, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) activist, who was involved in a dramatic arrested and hurriedly remanded in prison custody and later bailed about a fortnight ago following comments he made on Top Radio about the fire outbreak at the former President, Jerry John Rawlings Ridge residence is expected to make his second appearance in court today.
