The Communication Director for the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon. Yaw Buabeng Asamoah has indicated that the refusal of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) to sign the Peace Accord proposed by the National Peace Council is a testament of their dislike for peaceful elections in the country.
