Executive Director for Alliance for Social Equity and Public Accountability (ASEPA), Mr. Mensah Thompson has urged the Auditor-General, Mr. Daniel Yaw Domelevo to surcharge especially all government officials including ministers and Members of Parliament as well as those in state institutions to repay the GETFund scholarship given to them.
