Over twenty-two (22) communities including Adidome, the hometown of Deputy Information Minster, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and ten (10) public schools in the North ďż˝ Tongu district of the Volta Region were ripped off by a heavy downpour on Sunday leaving thousands of people homeless.
