President Akufo-Addo allowing for the construction of a monument in honour of the late President Atta Mills, the founder of Atta Mills Institute, Koku Anyidoho has narrated the incident to that of the scripture in the book of Daniel  where King Cyrus who is not a Jew but gave the go-ahead for the rebuilding of the walls of Jerusalem.
