THE CHIEF Executive Officer of Marrer Ghana Limited and Susatgad Boat Building and Fishing Industries, Mr Novihoho Afaglo has slammed both the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for failing to develop the Volta Region.
