Deputy General Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Obiri Boahen says he disagrees with the NDC Member of Parliament for Bawku Central, Hon. Mahama Ayariga on his assertion that the NPP has no locus to declare the Fomena seat in the House vacant.
