Deputy Minister of Finance, Hon. Fifi Kwetey, has indicted ex-President J.A Kufuor for instituting what he describes as �monecracy� in Ghana�s politics; and has accused Nana Akufo-Addo, flagbearer of the NPP for Election 2012 of playing a pivotal role in supervising the �liberation� of some �three narcotics NPP queens�.
