Suggestions have been professed by many well-meaning citizens and institutions; ranging from intelligent ones like relooking our vehicle inspection and licencing regime to ridiculous ones like the re-introduction of the aborted towing levy. In this article, I wish to focus on the driver as a key agent in our helpless state of deaths on our roads.
