The Enquirer newspaper has scooped the former first lady, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, and her �Chief of Staff�, Mr. Michael Teye Nyaunu, on video, preaching to delegates how she intends to play politics of vindictiveness when given the mandate to rule Ghana.
