Former Central Regional Minister, Kwamena Duncan has waded into discussions regarding a petition by Chief Justice, Anin-Yeboah to the Ghana Legal Council (GLC) summoning former Attorney General and Bolgatanga East MP, Dr. Dominic Ayine.
