MURDERING Mugabe henchman Phillip Machemedze celebrates being allowed to stay in Britain with a glass of champagne. Machemedze, who killed and tortured opponents of Zimbabwe tyrant Robert Mugabe, was on the lash with pals at an African Night in his "home" city Bristol.
