Mr Pedro Luis Despaigne Gonzalez, the outgoing Cuban Ambassador to Ghana, has called on Mr Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, in Accra, to bid Ghana farewell.
