The Deputy Minority Leader and MP for Ketu North, James Klutse Avedzi, has said the Minority's opposition to the E-levy bill remains unchanged despite the decision to reduce the levy from 1.75 percent to 1.5 percent following a crunch meeting between the Minister of Finance and the Minority and Majority caucus of Parliament this week.
