The Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development (MLGDRD) has expressed satisfaction with operations of the Kumasi Compost and Recycling Plant (KCARP) which facility also hosts the Kumasi Wastewater Treatment Plant at Adagya in the Bosomtwe District in the Ashanti Region.
