A leading member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Bolgatanga East Constituency in the Upper East Region, Mathew Silas Amoah, has called on party supporters in the constituency to close their ranks and work hard to snatch the parliamentary seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
