A former Ashanti regional Minister in the erstwhile late Jerry John Rawlings’ administration and former Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, Daniel Ohene Agyekum, has described as frivolous claims that the current Ashanti regional Chairman of the opposition NDC, Andrew Augustus Nana Akwasi squandered party funds or took money from the ruling NPP during the 2020 general elections.
