President Nana Akufo Addo recently welcomed a high-powered Commonwealth delegation led by the Right Honourable Lord Hugo Swire, former UK Foreign Minister and current Vice-Chair of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council to the seat of government, Jubilee House.
