The former Secretary to the dissolved Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), Charles Cromwell Onuawonto Bissue, has filed a suit at the Accra High Court, seeking an interlocutory injunction on ongoing investigations by the Special Prosecutor against him.
